1. Passengers with reduced mobility?

You can book a train for passengers with reduced mobility by selecting the checkbox 'Show only accessible travels' and by adding the Reduced Mobility card to the passengers.

2. How to book a ticket?

You can select your departure and arrival points, the date of the outward journey (and return journey if applicable), and the number of passengers. If you do not wish to select a return journey, simply click on the rotating arrow icon. You can book a journey for up to 9 people.

3. What payment methods can be used?

We support a wide range of payment methods, including multi-card payments, installment plans, cash, instant wire transfers, cryptocurrency, and ANCV vouchers (both online and paper).

4. Tickets not received

If you have not received your tickets, first check that the payment was successfully validated by your bank: it is possible that your payment was not properly processed. To confirm your order, you need to validate the payment with your bank, which may have sent you a payment validation code known as 3DS. If you are sure you have validated the 3DS, it is possible that you closed the validation page too quickly, preventing confirmation. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact our technical support via the contact page.

5. How to access my after-sales space?

The after-sales space allows you to manage your booking. You can download your tickets, your invoice, cancel your tickets if conditions allow, etc. You can access your after-sales space via the booking confirmation email or by clicking on the 'Access your booking' button.

7. Paper vacation vouchers - When will I be reimbursed?

Have you sent in your vacation vouchers in paper format and are now wondering how long it will take to be reimbursed? Reimbursements for vacation vouchers are processed on Fridays. This means that if your vouchers were received by our services on Sunday, your reimbursement will be processed the following Friday.

8. Connect vacation vouchers - The transaction did not go through; has my card been charged?

If the transaction did not go through, you will not be charged for your connected vacation vouchers. It is possible that an authorization is underway for the amount you attempted to use, giving the impression that the amount has been charged. However, this authorization will be canceled within the next few hours.

9. I did not complete all payments with the multi-card/group payment option within the required time - Will my card be charged?

No, we only charge the client when all payments have been completed.

10. I would like to pay in 4x with PayPal

Would you like to pay for your reservation in 4x with PayPal but accidentally approved the transaction in one installment? PayPal has its own site and environment where you connect with your card. Unfortunately, if you were unable to pay in 4x with PayPal, we cannot intervene, and the matter must be handled directly with them..
