You can book a train for passengers with reduced mobility by selecting the checkbox 'Show only accessible travels' and by adding the Reduced Mobility card to the passengers.

You can select your departure and arrival points, the date of the outward journey (and return journey if applicable), and the number of passengers. If you do not wish to select a return journey, simply click on the rotating arrow icon. You can book a journey for up to 9 people.

4. Tickets not received
If you have not received your tickets, first check that the payment was successfully validated by your bank: it is possible that your payment was not properly processed. To confirm your order, you need to validate the payment with your bank, which may have sent you a payment validation code known as 3DS. If you are sure you have validated the 3DS, it is possible that you closed the validation page too quickly, preventing confirmation.
